Health Plan Information

The Washington Healthcare Forum is comprised of twelve member organizations, including four health plans. In addition to the health plan members of the Forum, First Choice, Group Health Cooperative, Premera Blue Cross, and Regence BlueShield, there are ten (10) additional payer organizations who have adopted one or more of the Forum's policies and guidelines. These organizations can be found on the Adoption Matrix.
